At Log9, I worked closely with 3-wheeler OEM partners to bring our BMS to life in their vehicles. My work spanned the full firmware delivery lifecycle: building new features, troubleshooting issues as they are reported, integrating and testing the BMS alongside the battery pack itself to make sure the two worked as one system.
Alongside this, I built a thermal management system prototype – a piece of work driven by a simple question: how do you test your battery liquid cooling system – at different heat outputs and at different cooling parameters? It is the kind of problem that sits behind every EV battery, and solving it well means the difference between a battery that lasts and one that doesn’t.
