I’m Chirag, an electronics engineer with a track record of building and delivering technology from the ground up. My passion lies in the fusion of hardware and software to tackle challenges in deep-tech environments.
Currently, I am a Hardware Design Engineer at Aereo, where I own the full-cycle development of battery management systems (BMS), DC-DC converters, power distribution, and autopilot boards for UAV avionics.
Previously, at Jupiter Electric Mobility and Log9 Materials, I led the specification, architecture definition, and complete systems integration for a 720-kWh Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) project.
I was also involved in cutting-edge electronics R&D for Aluminium Fuel Cells (AFC). We filed six patents across fuel cell management, power management, and system design.
At Sagar Defence Engineering, I conceptualized and developed the complete electronics and firmware for SkyDock, India’s first “Drone-in-a-Box” launching and charging station. I am incredibly proud to be a named inventor on the SkyDock patent, which has been granted across the US (US-11772819-B2), the European Patent Office, Australia, Denmark, and Finland.
My work spans PCB design, firmware development, and power electronics, with a focus on turning early-stage concepts into actual hardware products. I’m currently open to new opportunities internationally.
